A WILD SITE APPEARS!

Around early November 2024, the VPS web server hosting Pokemon-Basic Forums suffered a major malfunction that caused all of our forum data to be lost. Despite the provider's best efforts to recover the VPS and restore what was there — including bringing in a professional data-recovery service — along with our own oversight in not keeping regular backups, it was ultimately concluded that the lost data cannot be recovered. It is gone for good. For that, our admin team would like to sincerely apologize to every member affected by this incident, and we would like to say thank you to everyone who has supported Pokemon-Basic Forums and been part of our Pokemon community in Thailand since 2003.

We completely understand how you feel, and we haven't given up on what we built here — which is why we've kept this site online through the past few years. And now, we're glad to share that we're finally back! Our admin team is working hard to bring this community back to you soon. In the meantime, we've rebuilt the old Pokemon-Basic Forum site from the backup data we had from 2015 and 2018. Feel free to visit it at archive.pkbasic.com. Please note that the archive is set to read-only, and new member registrations are not accepted.
