นินเทนโดประกาศเตรียมปิดบริการออนไลน์สำหรับเกมบน DS/DSi และ Wii

ในวันนี้ทางนินเทนโดได้ประกาศออกมาว่าจะหยุดให้บริการการเชื่อมต่อ wi-fi สำหรับเกมที่เล่นบนเครื่องเกม DS/DSi และ Wii ในวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2557 นี้เป็นต้นไปครับ หมายความว่า ตั้งแต่ 20 พ.ค. เป็นต้นไป เกมที่เล่นบนเครื่องเกม DS/DSi และ Wii จะไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อหรือใช้บริการใด ๆ ก็ตามที่ต้องใช้บริการของ Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection ได้นั่นเองครับ

แต่ก็ยังมีบางบริการที่ไม่มีผลกระทบ แม้ว่า Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection จะปิดบริการไปแล้ว ได้แก่

• Nintendo DSi Shop
  
• Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Pay & Play

แล้วแบบนี้ถ้าเอาเกมที่ว่าไปเล่นใน 3DS หรือ Wii U จะออนไลน์ได้มั้ย?

คำตอบคือ ไม่ได้ครับ อ้างอิงจากข้อความ

Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games will not be affected but it will not be possible to use online features of Wii software played in Wii Mode on Wii U, and of Nintendo DS games played on Nintendo 3DS family systems

หมายความว่า ถึงจะเปลี่ยนเครื่องเล่นก็ไม่สามารถออนไลน์ได้เช่นกันครับ

แล้วจะสามารถโอนโปเกมอนจากเจน 5 ไป Bank ได้มั้ย?

โดยส่วนตัวผมคิดว่าสามารถโอนได้ตามปกติครับ เพราะการโอนต้องอาศัย PokeTransfer กับ PokeBank ซึ่งเป็นบริการบนเครื่อง 3DS ครับ
